What is Classical Pilates?

7Classical Pilates refers to the most authentic and original form the Pilates method of body conditioning as taught to us by Joseph Pilates himself. Although Joseph Pilates is no longer alive, his work still lives through a wonderful lineage of instructors who have preserved and upheld his teaching. Joe created a system of exercise (yes we will sweat!) with over 500 exercises including equipment and the mat work. The Pilates system will uniformly develop our bodies to keep us feeling and looking young.
